Update to 3.4 has not gone so well, please help…

So I just clicked the update button in WordPress and followed the update steps to 3.3.4. Immediately after the update had finished I was able to access my dashboard. From there I was going to clean up my pending comments so I accessed the comment admin page, tried doing a bulk send to spam, then was redirected to ../wp-admin/upgrade.php?… which says “No Update Required Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!”

NOW, everytime I try accessing /wp-admin/ I get redirected to upgrade.php and get the same message. I cannot administer my site at all…

Help!

Nevermind… I cleared the sites cache and all is well…my bad!
