[Plugin: Theme Switcher] Theme Selected Effects Widget Section in Admin

Hi Developers,
I installed your Theme Switcher, GREAT IDEA! Although, depending on the theme I have selected, the Widget section of admin changes, not just the site.
Have you guys noticed this? Is there a fix or work around?
