Logo link

Hello

I am having real trouble getting my logo to link.
I am using theme1423

Site is: https://www.rocomag.com/testsite

It seems to be linked, but does not show as linkable on the front end. I have been through various issues through the forum, but to no success.

Please help, anyone?
