[Plugin: Bliss Hit Counter] Hit Counter isn't working since update!

  • Since the hit counter was updated from BD Hit Counter to Bliss Hit Counter, it isn’t working on my site.

    I updated, but the plugin no longer shows in the list of installed plugins, and the counter has vanished from my site. I have tried re-installing several times, but each time a message says that the destination folder already exists in the wp-content/plugins/bd-hit-counter.

    But it isn’t there. It isn’t anywhere that I can find, so I can’t activate it, and I’ve lost my previous stats.

    Sorry for delay in responding, I didn’t get any email notification of your kind reply.

    When I went to my dashboard, it indicated two plugin updates were available. I clicked to update them both.

    Ok try deleting the directory trough ftp it should be /public_html/wp-content/plugins. delete the bd-hit-counter directory and re-install a new copy.
