    Hi Jeff,

great plugin. Hits what I need to 100%. But does not work …

In the list of plugins shown in Admin URL are red colored only local-site plugins (The same behaviour is the case in other options).

So, I cannot deactivate out-greyed plugins for a certain URL.

    What I am doing wrong?

    /wp-content/mu-plugins/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php – is on place
    /wp-content/plugins/plugin-organizer/lib/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php – has been deleted

    Thank you
    Frank

    … have checked permissions:

    /wp-content/mu-plugins : 755
    /wp-content/mu-plugins/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php : 644

I think this is fine, too.

Plugins in the mu-plugins folder cant be disabled since they are loaded before or at the same time as the disabling part of the plugin. Only plugins in the wp-content/plugins folder can be disabled.
