What has happened to our web site (black window hiding content) ??

    Hi there!

    A week ago my fellow airsoft collegues have encountered an error on our web. It’s kinda a glitch or something and as I do not know what is this I am asking for some help.

    The problem can be seen here on the home page of the site:

    P.s. This is really not a promotional scam I really have some stupid black window over the main page and other pages.

    What could be the solution to this problem?

    P.p.s I use a paid hosting provider, so no free web hosting provider is the question here.

  • Your footer is overlapping the content of the page.

    add “clear: both;” to the #footer code in your CSS file and your content will reappear.

    This was it! ??

    Thank you soo much! Do you know what could have happened to create this overlapping ? I know that I am the only admin, so nobody could do no harm.

    Could’ve been anything really. Updated theme files, subversion rollback, syntax error in the CSS… couldn’t say really.
