Flash app in header only works on home page.

Greetings! I’m migrating an existing site into WP, and the issue I’m experiencing involves replacing the header image in the Twenty Ten template with an older version of an image presentation app called cu3er. I’ve successfully transplanted everything, but the cu3er only functions on the landing page and nowhere else. I’ve experimented with moving the javascript from the header to the footer, and moving a bunch of other stuff around, to no avail.

I know there’s some communication breakdown I’m missing, but I just can’t seem to figure it out.
