[Plugin: Wp-Insert] feature req: skip add if content is less than x characters

I have lots of posts with plenty of content to show an add on top and in the middle.
The problem is when the content of the post is only a few sentences…it screws up everything when the two add placements are floated.
It would be awesome in the “WP-INSERT : Manage Ads (Posts and Sidebars)” page where we can insert ads to have a “Skip if post is less than 500 characters” for example.
