Multiple Domains Similar Static Pages Different Blogs

I have a network of employees who I’d like to buy the domains for. Have them personalize the static pages I will upload and have their own personal blogs.

Ive read that I can use Multisite as sub domains and sub directories but thats not what I want.

I have set up WordPress on my local machine using MAMP. Installed the plugins I want. Now I’m about to build a few static pages that Id like to pre install the same installation of wordpress with the plug ins and pages on separate domains. Once installed I will go in and personalize the 5 static pages and change a few things to personalize.

Is this possible.
