best role plugin

Depends on what you want to do ??

I want to make the default role for users the thing which make them unable to make or edit pages

For new users or new admins of sites?

How are you creating sites, if the latter?

For new admins of sites
the sites created by users when they are register in my multisite

The other way is to create a special user role for
‘sub Admins’ and push that out to your network. Then
you can manually adjust your users as needed.

Don’t get too fussed about ‘Compatible up to…’

wonderful plugin it did what I need to new blogs admins.
I made them “Author” thus pages are not available.

but how can I disable pages completely from wordpress even from the superadmin ?

You can’t disable things from the super admin. they will always have super admin permissions.
