How can I make permalink use H1 from a dynamically generated page?
-
I apologise if this question has been asked and answered a thousand times – my website support dude has gone awol and I’m having to figure this out myself.
My question is about dynamically generated php pages from my website, for example (apologies if posting links is considered bad)
https://darwinholidayapartments.com/accommodation/property?pid=5575I want instead of /propery?pid=5575, to use the H1 that is generated by the page template (which happens to be the property name), so in this case the permalink (or canonical link? I’m not sure ….) should be
https://darwinholidayapartments.com/accommodation/absolute-waterline-executive-apartment(or even better, without the /accommodation/ in the middle.
Does anyone know how to make this happen? I have installed All in One SEO plugin and tried various things with canonical links and permalinks but just can’t seem to figure it out. I’m sure it’s a really simple thing….. if you have time to help me out with this I would *sincerely* appreciate it ??
thanks, and greetings from Darwin!
CathrynPS please don’t flame me. I’m not a developer.
