Messed up my site?

Hi,

I have one website that was running with wordpress https://theblackmusic.com &
i was trying to get another one up https://davidlongoria.us which i just bought and have hosted through hostgator. i know so little about computers. anyway, in the wordpress dashboard i was experimenting(bad idea) with the general settings and i changed both url’s from https://theblackmusic.com to https://davidlongoria.us now it seems that i can’t get into word press dashboard at all through doing /wp-admin on either url and wordpress informs that neither of my email addresses or login names exist. any help would be totally appreciated. theblackmusic.com site now does not have the wordpress template.
