[Plugin: Theme My Login] /login path renders a blank page

  • I’m using WP 3.3.2 and latest build (6.1.4) of theme-my-login, I’ve activated the plugin and setup the login post and all I get is a blank page at /login.

    There’s no documentation on this and I haven’t found another topic on it or elsewhere on google.

    Also BOTH links on the plugin’s FAQ tab are broken, this is all very discouraging.

    I’ve also tried copying login-form.php from the plugin to the theme folder, as indicated if you want to make changes. Still no HTML, I just get (Firefox):

    <html>
    <head></head>
    <body></body>
    </html>
