[Plugin: Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin] Error Page for Cache and History

If i click on the link at the top of the page to View History and Cache, I get sent to an error page

The page it’s supposed to go to is https://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/options-general.php?page=stopspammerstats

But,a s that doesn’t exist, I get the error. Am I supposed to create that page myself? Did I miss seeing that in the instructions? Or is it something else I should be doing?
