Full Posts for only one Category

Hopefully I can explain this right.

For my category pages, I have it set to show the excerpt and you can hit read more to read the full story. Well for one of my category pages I’d like the whole story to show, as it is a voting category and don’t want people to have to click to open more. Is there a way to say if this category show full story not excerpt?
