• I’ve been using contact-form for quite a while now, it works very well for us.

    One thing I do get complaints about…when a customer fills out the form and sends their email to us, it comes into an inbox and shows that it is from a “noreply@” email address on our domain name.

    There is a from field on the email that gives us the senders email, but because the email comes from the noreply email, my CS reps can’t just hit reply and answer it, they have to take the extra step to copy/paste the customers email address in.

    Is there a way to change this, so that it shows that we received the email from the customer? Just trying to speed up the process and eliminate errors.
