[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3TC won't use CDN

I’m not sure what’s going on, but when I activate the CDN, W3TC won’t use it. I’ve tried Edgecast and Amazon — both say they are working properly, but looking at the source for the pages on the site, everything is still coming from the server.
I’m using the latest version of the plug-in and even tried the development version, but no dice. I’m on WP 3.3.2.
Any ideas?
