[Plugin: WP-Polls] WP_DEBUG issues

I have fixed all the issues that come up when you have WP_DEBUG mode enabled. Will email author to have him update the plugin but incase you need it now I have posted it to my dropbox. I have also included a zip file with the diffs on the files I changed.
