    Hi all,

I have made a website and I have included a slidehow in the home using the WP NextGen Gallery and I’m not sure why when the slideshow loads it shows up an empy frame – it loads all the images and it works but always appears an empty frame inside the slideshow – here is the link -> https://secot2012.com/

How can I remove that empty frame?

    I hope this make sense

Thanks in advance for your help

  • Sorry, I don’t have the answer, but exactly the same thing is happening to me. I have been trought the settings and changes almost everything one at a time, and cannot get the blank image to go away. Any help appreciated. Here is the problem in action

    Thanks

I just found the answer on another thread, and it’s so easy, I can’r believe it. You know where you put the code for the gallery on the page? Like this [nggallery id=3] Get rid of any formatting and it works fine. Mine was bold and as soon as knocked that off it worked perfectly. Thank you Simon for the answer.

Wow, it worked for me too – thank you very much!!!

Mine is still not fixed. No formatting, I checked in html view.

    I finally found the error:
If you insert the short code via the icon, it reads in Visual mode [nggallery id=6], which is correct. But switch to html, and you see
    <code>[nggallery id=6]</code>.
Remove the code, and the slideshow works flawlessly.
