Can somebody please tell me what this means???

    Hello everyone,
    I’m having a weird problem that’s going on with my site after I moved my WordPress site to a new host. This message displays from time to time, especially when I try to log into my dashboard.

    Warning: require_once(/home/improvev/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/improvev/public_html/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 22 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/improvev/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /home/improvev/public_html/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 22

    I believe I transferred everything correctly to my new host. I transferred my database, transferred my public_html folder, updated my database information in the wp-config.php file, and updated my name servers. Any recommendations?

  • It looks like you’re having permission issues. Via FTP, I would make sure that your folders are all set to 755.

    You could also in the WordPress admin, go to updates and just hit the re-install WordPress, that will ensure that everything is installed properly.
