Looking for: plugin to stop spam by choosing an image

I’m trying to find a plugin I stumbled upon a while back and now I can’t find it (I didn’t bookmark/delicious it). It was a plugin to help stop comment spam. On the comment posting form, it would show you 4 (or 5?) small images with radio buttons beside them and it would ask you to (for example) choose the red one. It would randomly order the images and randomly ask which one to pick. It came with a few different image sets.
Does anyone know what plugin this is? I have searched on this forum and with Google and I can’t find it because the search terms are too generic (wordpress plugin choose image comment spam)
