'button' coding query

is it possible to have some code advice please

i am designing a real estate webpage and each property page is set up with main title and description.

what i am trying to achieve is an enquiry button that will bring up a contact page for emailing myself and one of the fields will be automatically filled in with the pages main title so that when i receive the email i can see which page the client is interested in
