[Plugin: My Page Order] Brunelleschi 1.5.9 Page Order

I am using Brunelleschi 1.5.9 theme.

Under Pages>Edit Page>Page Attributes, I have tried setting order to 1, 2, 3 etc but this does not change the order on the pages menu on the site.

What page order plugin works well with this theme?

I have tried these plugins and can’t get them to work:

Custom Page Order Version 2.2
Simple Page Ordering Version 1.0
My Page Order Version 3.3.2

Under Pages>Edit Page>Page Attributes, I have tried setting order to 0 in order for any of the above plugins to work but to no avail.
