Add my logo where the Site Title and Tagline are

usually it is on header.php or index.php, just search any php code inside `<div id=”header”>

<h1> here usually wp_title</h1>
<h4> and here usually site_description</h4>

I found that but when I change anything, nothing happens. I deleted the browser history, cookies and cache and still nothing.

I changed it to this

<?php bloginfo(‘<img src=”https://www.averageguygolf.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/agg.jpg&#8221; alt=”some_text”/>’); ?>
</h1>
<h4>
<?php bloginfo(‘description’); ?>
</h4>

to change the site title into logo, you need to remove the php code. So it will be

<div id="header">
<div class="title">
<img src="https://www.averageguygolf.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/agg.jpg" alt="some_text"/>
<h4><?php bloginfo('description'); ?></h4>
</div>
</div>

please note : by using code above, it will display the logo and your site description below the logo.

Do you know how to add some blank spaces or indent the logo a little? If I center it, it centers on the page not just the green area of header. I would like to tab it over about two tabs but not sure the code for that.
