• I’m trying to modify a theme and need to make the sidebar fonts bigger. However, when I do it make all “body” font bigger. Is there a way to adjust just the widgets/sidbar font sizes? I’ve used Firebug and also tried to find a plugin to make this work with no luck. Thanks!!!

  • You will need to start editing the theme’s CSS.

Firebug (used properly) should have shown that all things in the sidebar are within and below a div with the css if of #sidebar which you can use to more selectively format the sidebar-thingys.

it is not the task of this WordPress forum to assist with or teach fundamental formatting.

I know that the sidebar is modified within the css. The problem is (and I’m no expert here) I can only change the sidebar font by changing the “body” font settings. However, this also changes the fonts on the homepage, which I don’t want to change.

I’m trying to find a way to change just the sidebar font.

    Thanks.
