Events Plugin (with a twist)

Greetings All,

I’m in need of a plugin that I didn’t originally think would be difficult to find but apparently it is. Here’s what I need…

I’m creating an events website in my town that will list out all of the events going on in town. Some of the events will be musicians coming in from out of town (and not likely to return anytime soon) and some will be musicians that are local and do a lot of local gigs. If it’s a one-time event, I need the plugin to create a generic event page. If it’s a local musician, I’m going to create a special page for them, and when the event is displayed I need it to link to a created page. I don’t want to have to type the same description of the artist everytime they play somewhere.

The same goes for the venue – sometimes it will be a one-time location (generic page) but most of the time it will be a bar or club that has 100+ shows a year (pre-defined page).

Does such an animal exist?
