Comprehensive Google Maps plugin with custom infowindox?

I’m currently using the Comprehensive Google Maps plugin with my site, and i’m wondering if it’s possible to change the infowindow that pops up with the text at all? Because currently i’d like to be able to customize, but i’m not really sure where to begin if its even possible…
