All sites on the same server hacked

  • All of my WP sites on the same server appear to have been hacked with the same code. It appears to have happened over the last two days.

    I am the only FTP user and I have changed my password. I have both site and db backups.

    This is the code that I have discovered when I do a view source in my browser:

    I have contacted my webhost (IXWeb) but what else should I do to remove this?
