[Plugin: Advanced AJAX Page Loader] Special Characters not decoding in the tag

First off this plugin is amazing and doing everything I need it to do!

My only issue is that special characters are not decoding in the <title> tag. I have a lot of data with ampersands and single quotes that makes it’s way into the page titles and I can’t easily change it.

Let me know if if there is a trick for this. I saw in your change log that you had handled this in a previous release, but the bug persists for me.
