[Plugin: TDLC Birthdays] WordPress database error

I got the plugin working but i got the problem that i get this error displayed above the widget:
WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘spam’ in ‘where clause’]
SELECT ID FROM wp_users WHERE ID=1 AND spam != 1Any ideas whats wrong?
