Users page?

Okay I have a problem, when I click on ‘Users’ in the admin menu (wp-admin/) it gives me admin.php?page=profile.php instead of profile.php

I can’t figure out whats causing this, I even overwrote all the admin files with fresh ones and its still the same. I’ve also tried disabling my plugins one by one… Any ideas?
