[Plugin: Redirection] reg expression for going from /blog/2011/07/25 to just /

Hi Can anyone help me out on this?

We are removing the /blog/year/month/day from our URLs for blog

so https://www.samplecompany/com/blog/2011/07/25/red-blue-green-colors

will be https://www.samplecompany/com/red-blue-green-colors

Can anyone show me what do do here as I don’t have time to learn regular expressions? I think this is proably a very common one
