[Plugin: Members] Creating new capabilities – whats the effect?

  • Hi,
    When I create a new capabilities, by editing a role and addinng a new capability, it appears as an activated capability in the list of capabilities for that role(inactive for the other roles), but what does it signify? Also how can I delete a capability.
    I looked into the /wp-include/capabilities.php but as a beginner of PHP, couldn’t make much out of it.
