• I am comparing my site to a very similar site, and their site is ranking better than mine. I am not sure if this is the reason why they are ranking better, but I see they have a lot more metatags on their site than does my site with Gregs-SEO

    So I was wondering, is it possible to add all these additional tags to this plugin??

    The tags they have are:

    <meta name=”audience” content=”all”>
    <meta name=”author” content=” “>
    <meta name=”classification” content=” “>
    <meta name=”clientbase” content=”Global”>
    <meta name=”content-language” content=”en-us”>
    <meta name=”copyright” content=”Copyright ? . All Rights Reserved”>
    <meta name=”designer” content=”LLC”>
    <meta name=”distribution” content=”global”>
    <meta name=”email” content=”H@s”>
    <meta name=”expires” content=”never”>
    <meta name=”language” content=”en-us”>
    <meta name=”page-topic” content=” “>
    <meta name=”rating” content=”general”>
    <meta name=”revisit-after” content=”7 Days”>
    <meta name=”robots” content=”index,follow”>
    <meta name=”site name” content=” “>
    <meta name=”site URL” content=”https://”&gt;
    <meta name=”title” content=” “>

    It’s always possible to add arbitrarily many extra meta tags — either directly in your theme files, or with a plugin — but GHPSEO doesn’t offer a facility to do this. To fill each meta tag programmatically requires additional code specific to that tag, and we can’t know in advance what extra meta tags someone might want or how they might want them filled in.

    By the way, you might have noticed there’s a big ole support link at the top of each admin page in GHPSEO…

    All the best,
    Greg
