[Plugin: Utech World Time] "Places" too limiting

OK, so I can answer my own objection here… To hack a fix, simply edit the plugin file “loc.php”, find the line of the timezone closest to the city that you want (in my previous example, “Brasilia”), copy that entire line and paste it into the alphabetically correct place where the NEW city will go, then change the name. In my case, I changed “Brasilia” of the pasted line to say “Abadiania” then used that as my “Places” and it works perfectly!
