• How do I expedite this? I added keywords when I set up the site, and paid for SubmitNet basic service to the domain provider. I verified the site with Google this morning. Is there something I need to do with a tag on each post? what generally goes in a tag on a post? I know I must sound terribly ignorant. Thanks to whoever may be able to help.

  • Don’t pay for SEO.

Step one is in your settings, privacy, allow search engines to index your site.

Additional steps are in your page and post dashboards to setup a good title and description tags.

For further optimization try (high rated) SEO plugins.

Oh, and be patient if your blog is new, this takes a few weeks.

I cannot thank you enough, Peter. I have practically no more money to spend, so your words are of extremely great benefit to me. I hope you have a great day!

Try the AllInOneSEOPack plugin, it’s great for that kind of stuff. Especially make sure that your page descriptions are good and keyword-rich (you can manage them through that plugin).
