[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Picture-Upload – Any User in his Gallery ?

I hope you can understand whar I want.
Ich habe the NextGen Gallery PlugIn on my Homepage
an there are 20 Users … Now I have greated on Album
with 20 Gallery (One for any user) …But how can I do it, that any user will upload his
Pictures in his Gallery … without using the dashboard-
upload an selecting his Gallery ?I searched the web an this forum, but i don’t found the
answer for that …Thanks for Help … and Greetings No.Trace !!!
