Redirection or Reading->Front page settings not working Zeus-server hosted site

Hi,

I have a site running on a Zeus web-server (registered/hosted on Namesco). Before the problem was removing the “/index.php/” bit in the URL, so we contacted Namesco support hotline and they gave us a rewrite.script file that I uploaded to the site’s “/web” directory, which did solve the problem. However, redirection or rather the Reading -> Front page settings do not seem to be working anymore.

I’m trying to get a landing page, created using Premise, to be set as the front/homepage so when the user visits my site it’s the first thing he sees. It just wouldn’t work — it would always display the homepage first instead of the landing page, whatever the settings I use.

Can anyone help me out with this? I’ve been going about with this problem for quite a while now.
