My WordPress Follow button is not working

  • Hi, my wordpress blog Follow Button is not working. It allows people to fill in their email address, then they get the following error message

    Not Found

    The requested URL/blog/subscribe/ was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 error was encountered while trying to se an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I would welcome any assistance.
