[Theme: Yoko] Change Comment Location?

Is there any way to switch the location of the comments? I love the look and feel of this template, but since I have switched to this template a week or so ago, the comments have fallen completely off of my site. I would prefer for the location of the “comments” to be at the bottom of my posts instead of under the date. Is there a way to fix this?
