[Plugin: Flickr Photo Album] Flickr gallery doesn't appear after you click the icon

When you click the little flickr icon when adding images to a blog post, it loads the WordPress standard ‘Upload photos’ dialog, instead of the Flickr gallery I’d expect.

I’ve had to revert my wordpress back to 2.9.2 as its a live site so I can’t recreate the issue for you at this time.
