Can't retrieve pass…

Tried to login to my admin panel and pass is wrong. It was remembered, I didn’t type it. So, I had a pass sent to me.

Nothing arrived.

I have 3 email addresses, but nothing showed up. Which file do I FTP in and download to see/change the email address?

I did it before but can’t recall the file name. I know I changed it to my “spam” email address, but…
