Need WordPress to create new password

  • Hello,

    my website https://www.ironunderground.com.au requires a new password be created and given to me for access to my website. For some reason the old password no longer grants access even though I certainly never changed it.

    Was it hacked?

    Either way I can no longer access my website and the “forget your password” does not even send the new passwords I apply for to my old registered accounts.

    I am completely unable to login or use my website

  • You will need to start by resetting your password using one of the methods described in this article: Resetting Your Password

    If you have phpMyAdmin, that usually makes pretty short work of it. You can find a link to a tutorial on that page.
