[Plugin: google-drive-for-wordpress] Could not connect to my svn repository for upload my plugin

I did updated my plugin many time , but now I got the below message on shell

If ‘svn’ is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
cnf svn

And TortoiseSVN said me
Error: URL ‘https://svn.wp-plugins.org/my-plugin-name’ doesn’t exist
