How to post new blogs, and change post time and date ?

  • i have an old blogger blog https://ronniewhittaker.blogspot.co.uk/ which i tried to import into my wordpress blog at https://www.ronniewhittaker.com but i forgot the login detail for theblogger blog and there’s just no way i can recover these. so i need to do a manul post by post transfer from blogger to wordpress.

    thing is I want to retain the time stamps from the blogger posts, which are mostly from 2010. I want them to categories in my archives from that date rather than taking on the current date on my word press blog. does that make sense? any ideas what i could do?

  • You can always edit the post date in the wp admin dashboard, you should got to edit post and then on the right you can change when the post was published…but that is a lot of work…
