uninstall BrainHost Website Configuration plugin

i recently moved my hosting from brainhost due to poor support issues, now i tried to remove their plugin “BrainHost Website Configuration” and when i do i cannot access the dashboard. how can i get rid of this proprietary plugin without wrecking my site?
