Want to Join WordPress Theme Membership For Under $50

HI I like quality of woothemes.com but they charge way too much to join there memmbership… Another problem is Im not sure which theme I want so I would to be able to download as many themes as I want..

Since woothemes is too expensive does any body know of another website that there themes are just as good quality and also has “theme” edit features that is just as good but for under $50?

I want download themes that are clean and professional and lets me upload a banner on the homepage either on top or bottom of menu buttons..
