.htaccess Redirect 301
-
Hi guys!
I’m just trying to move my blog over to WP from MT. Rather than spend the time trying to setup scripts etc to redirect all entries from MT to the new WP URLs I’m hoping to just redirect the most popular with some .htaccess rules.
Now if I just add the following line above the WP generated .htaccess file it works.
Redirect 301 /blog/archives/2004/12/quick_activesyn.php https://skit.id.au/technology/2004/12/19/quick-activesync-restore-guide/?
However if I create another line below, like:
Redirect 301 /blog/archives/2004/12/quick_activesyn.php https://skit.id.au/technology/2004/12/19/quick-activesync-restore-guide/?
Redirect 301 /blog/archives/2004/12/portable_ssh_us.php https://skit.id.au/technology/2004/12/18/portable-ssh-using-putty/?It breaks and comes back with a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that both are in the same virtual folders.. Any ideas what I can do to get this working? Cheers
