Beware of free premium templates

  • Beware of ‘dodgy’ sites that provide free premium templates/themes. Inside the files of these templates contained ‘funny’ scripts like one below:

    It could be in any files like footer.php, admin_panel.php, header.php, & etc and even js files. So when someone opens up your website, the script will open the ‘malicious’ site and automatically treated as ‘referred’ by your site without your knowledge or even your visitor. These script is to increase the site ranking (not your site) taking advantage of SEO.

    THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH!!!!!
