Problem loading page "Firefox can't find the server at www.oasbaa.ru."

This is the error I get when trying to get to my site (btw, I CAN get to my dashboard, but can’t view the site otherwise) “Firefox can’t find the server at https://www.oasbaa.ru.”
My site is https://www.toastoftexas.com, not https://www.oasbaa.ru.
What is that and how can I solve this problem? Someone mentioned I may have been hacked, the sites been up less than 48 hours.
PLEASE HELP!
